DO YOU HAVE AN OFFICE WE CAN VISIT?

We provide all our services via email and telephone. You can contact us anytime between 8am to 9pm, 7 days a week. Good communication between the website developer and the client is vital in establishing a professional and effective website, therefore we encourage you to contact us if you have any queries regarding your website.

CAN I USE MY OWN HOSTING?

Unfortunately we do not build websites that are hosted on another server. You must purchase one of our hosting plans if you would like us to build your website.

DO YOU BUILD ECOMMERCE WEBSITES?

Yes we do. Just send us the amount of products you require for your shopping cart and we will send you a quote.

WHERE ARE YOUR SERVERS LOCATED?

Our architecturally designer servers are built using the latest hardware technology and is NVMe Based offering 99.95% uptime, SSD Based Storage and DDOS Protection and located in Sydney Australia.

HOW LONG BEFORE MY WEBSITE IS ONLINE?

Time will vary depending on how quickly you provide us with content, images and anything else we need to build your site. Generally, we design a colour scheme based on your existing branding. As a starting point, we ask for a digital file of your logo and we will design a website using a colour scheme which compliments your logo. We encourage our clients to gather all information and pictures to include on their website. Once we receive your content and images, your website will be online within a week.

DO I OWN THE WEBSITE ONCE IT IS COMPLETED?

Yes, of course you do. You own all images and content. You pay us for the development of your website. We hold no copyright or ownership of your website. The files on your hosting account belong to you. You can change your hosting provider at any time. 

WHAT IF I ACCIDENTLY DELETE OR INFECT MY SITE?

Our servers back up your site on a daily basis. For an additional fee, we can restore your website so it’s up and running again.
